“Nordica” Pavilion – ISPO Fair
Germany, Munich – 1992
The Nordica Pavilion was the first of a series of installations designed for the ISPO trade fair. Its black structural form symbolised the brand’s technical excellence, while the use of transparent honeycomb polycarbonate evoked mountain ice.
The pavilion hosted a product display of boots and clothing, and also included a stage for daily mini fashion shows. At night, the illuminated polycarbonate core dramatically highlighted the contrast between light and the black shell.

The graphic design, fully integrated into the architecture, recalled the Nordica brand logo.
The advertising and visual campaign was created by Oliviero Toscani.
